  I have been going to the training room for the past 7 months and have had a great experience. I found it based upon a recommendation of a massage therapist who was helping me recover from a back injury. I started out with personal training sessions and then moved on to focus on classes a few times a week. The staff is really pretty great, they focus on doing the movement correctly which means you don't get hurt! The classes definitely vary in intensity but once you figure it out you'll have a great experience.
